For Treatment:
- The first appointment with your physiotherapist includes an assessment and treatment. This costs £57.50.
- Thereafter treatments will be designed to your particular need, will normally last for 45 minutes and cost £52.50.
- We require any cancellation to be made at least 24 hours before an appointment, otherwise the full charge will apply.
- Our preferred method of payment is by debit card, following each treatment.
For Pool and Gym Sessions:
- Use of pool after dry-land treatment £10
- Use of gym, pool and sauna facilities £10.00 per visit (following an initial consultation with one of our physiotherapists)
- Discounts are available to patients and ex-patients who wish to use the pool on a regular basis. See Pool Prices page for more details. (Pre-paid swimming is not available to those patients requiring the support of a carer or those claiming for use of the pool from their insurer)
Insurance:
- Where patients have relevant insurance through BUPA or AxaPP and have provided valid membership and authorisation numbers together with details of any existing excess and funding, then Brookfields will claim payment directly from the insurer. The patient remains liable for any underpayment by the insurer howsoever arising.
- Patients insured with other companies should pay Brookfields in full, and reclaim the money from their insurers.
All therapists are members of their professional associations which are recognised by insurance companies.
